The partnerships with our grantee organisations range from almost 5 years to less than a year. Relationships with our fellows (jugnis and jugnus) have become stronger over the past 4 years, across the Pilot Cohort and Cohort 1. The past 5 years have taught the Avaazein team a lot about different contexts, languages, cultures and realities. Partner organisations or fellows reach out to their respective teams for warmth, knowledge, appreciation and sometimes, just for a good laugh! As we enter Year 6, we look forward to more such bonds with “our people” .
